The ilmenite concentrate was found to have the following chemical assay: 38.9% TiO 2, 31.1% Total Fe, 6.4% SiO 2, 7.6% MgO, and 0.32% V 2 O 5 with an estimated weight recovery of 45.5% and a TiO 2 recovery of 71.3%.
